BARBECUE PARTY RECIPES IN MELBOURNE

  < BBQ HAMBURGER >

 ☆Ingredients (Serves 4)☆

  Hamburger Buns....................4
  Hamburger Patties................4
    (see next recipe)
  Tomato....................................1
  Lettuce...................................4
  Pickles....................................1
  Mustard..................4 teaspoons
  Tomato sauce......4 tablespoons
  Black pepper.............1 teaspoon
  Mayonnaise..........4 tablespoons



  ☆Preparation☆

  1.......Prepare hamburger patties as per next recipe.

  2.......While hamburgers are grilling, slice tomatoes/pickes, cut lettuce.

  3.......Toast hamburger buns, spread mustard on bottom half,
      spread mayonnaise on top half.

  4.......Place hot hamburger patties on bottom half of bun, sprinkle black
      pepper, pour some tomato sauce, and place a few pickles on top.

  5.......Place tomato, then lettuce, cover with top half of bun.


  < BBQ HAMBURGER PATTIES >

 ☆Ingredients (Serves 4)☆

  Beef (minced)...............400 gm
  Onion.....................................2
  Egg..........................................1
  Italian herbs.........2 teaspoons
  Black pepper........1 teaspoons
  Salt.......................1 teaspoons
  Olive oil.............2 tablespoons
  Cheese........................8 slices






  ☆Preparation☆

  1.......Chop onion finely; combine onion, mince, egg,
      half of breadcrumbs, italian herbs, black pepper, and salt
      in a large bowl; mix well.

  2.......Divide into 4 portions, shape into balls, press out to
      patties a little bigger than the hamburger buns.
      (will shrink while cooking) sprinkle remaining breadcrumbs
      over patties to prevent sticking.

  3.......Heat olive oil on BBQ hotplate, place patties
      and grill slowly. Turn when necessary.

  4.......Slice another onion, grill on hotplate.

  5.......Place cheese and grilled onion over patties, allow cheese to melt.

 ☆Ingredient(Serves4)☆

Baby Spinach Salada

  Baby Spinach.....................4 cup
  Carrot.......................................1
  Pine Nuts..............2 tablespoons
  Olive oil................3 tablespoons
  Lemon juice..........1 tablespoons
  Sugar.......................1 teaspoons
  Salt......................1/2 teaspoons
  Black Pepper.......1/2 teaspoons



Lamb Cutlet

  Lamb Cutlet....................8
  Rosemary...........2 tablespoons
  Garlic...................1 clove
  Olive Oil..........3 tablespoons
  Salt.................1 teaspoons
  Black Pepper.......1/2 teaspoons

  ☆Preparation☆

  1.......Mix chopped rosemary and crushed garlic,pepper and salt
in large bowl,add meat and rub meat with mixture.

  2.......Grill on barbecue , until meat is golden brown.

  3.......To make salada,mix oliveoil and lemon juice,sugar,salt and pepper,mix with
finely sliced carrot and baby Spinach,sprinkle pine nuts before serve.

 ☆Ingredient(Serves4)☆

  Beef..................................300gm
  Pork..................................300gm
  Onion.........................................1
  Red Capsicum............................1
  Apple..........................................1
  Olive oil.................3 tablespoons
  Salt......................1/2 teaspoons
  Black Pepper........1/2 teaspoons
  Bamboo sticks.............................4
  Lemon.........................................1




  ☆Preparation☆

  1.......Soak bamboo sticks in water for at least an hour.

  2.......Cut each meat divide 10 dice,put in bowl each,add 1 tablespoon
oliveoil and 1/4 teaspoon salt each,mix well.Cut vegetables
dice, same size as meat,mix with 1 tablespoon oliveoil.

      skewer each wing with 2 bamboo sticks to spread meat.

  3.......Grill on barbecue very slowly, until crispy and golden brown.

<BBQ CHICKEN WINGS>


 ☆Ingredient(Serves4)☆

  Chicken wings (large)...........4
  Salt....................2 teaspoons
  Bamboo sticks.....................8
  Olive oil...........2 tablespoons

a.Honey Soy ( 2tabs Honey + 2tabs Soy Sauce )              

b.Spicy Apricot( 2tabs Apricot jam + 1 teas Chilli Powder )

c.Rosemary( 2tabs Rosemary + 1/2 teas Black Pepper      
            +1 teas Crushed Garlic + 1 tabs Olive Oil )



☆Preparation☆

1.......Soak bamboo sticks in water for at least an hour.

2.........If you want have plain taste,just rub salt and oil
into chicken, or soak chicken in favorite sauce.

3.......skewer each wing with 2 bamboo sticks to spread meat.

4.......Grill on barbecue very slowly, until crispy and golden brown.

 ☆Ingredients (Serves 4)☆

 Whole fish......................................1
 Tomato...........................................1
 Onion.............................................1
 Fresh Italian parsley......1 teaspoon
 Italian herbs....................1 teaspoon
 Lemon..............................................1
 Black pepper.................1 tablespoon
 Salt...............................1 tablespoon
 Olive oil......................2 tablespoons
 Balsamic vinegar........4 tablespoons




  ☆Preparation☆

  1.......Slice tomatoes and onions.

  2.......Clean fish.

  3.......Score skin with sharp knife, sprinkle salt and black pepper,
      olive oil over fish,rub into skin.

  4.......Sprinkle salt and black pepper inside of fish,
      add tomato, onion, italian parsley, italian herbs.

  5.......Wrap twice with aluminium foil, barbecue on low.
      Cook very slowly for about 90 mins- turn fish every 15 mins,
      turn up heat (med), cook a further 10 mins each side.

  6.......Put fish on plate, garnish with sliced lemon,
      serve with Balsamic vinegar and lemon juice.
